As a small, non-profit organization working in the K-12 education space, team member time and capacity are often stretched thin by the direct support we provide our clients. Shared Lane contracted with Villanueva Consulting to design and facilitate modules on ‘Advising for Digital Careers’. Tenesha was responsible for augmenting the learning for adult counselors in remote sessions as well as developing refreshed content.
Tenesha was able to quickly learn the content and bring a fresh perspective to the work. She was able to make several innovative proposals that generated excitement for Shared Lane’s work. Her presentation style - both visual materials as well as remote delivery - is highly engaging and she brings great enthusiasm to the PL meetings.
