For nearly 20 years, impact has meant something specific to me: students connected to opportunity, organizations strengthened, leaders equipped to carry their mission forward. That work — rooted in education equity and access — is where this all started, and it still shapes how I define impact today. 

Now, that same commitment shows up differently: in the women I coach who reconnect with who they are, the teams I facilitate who leave with real clarity, and the leaders I think alongside who move forward strategically without carrying it alone.
