WHO THIS IS FOR
A senior woman leading from the middle or the top — program director, VP, associate pastor,
ministry leader, founders, or executive directors — navigating the launch or revamp of a new program
or initiative or weighing a crucial direction or decision.

What This Looks Like
Depending on what you’re navigating, our work together might stay in the room — a single session that gets you clarity on a decision. It might extend into a documented plan you carry forward on your own. Or it might go further still, into building and implementing a specific, scoped piece of the work with you. Whatever the shape, you remain the owner and driver of your initiative — I’ll serve as a key collaborator with you.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with a conversation about the specific decision, initiative, or crossroads you’re navigating.
Based on what’s needed, I propose a shape for the work — a Clarity, Roadmap, or Implementation Partnership — sized to what the initiative actually calls for.
We move through the sessions together — and where implementation is part of the scope, I stay engaged to help carry it into place — until you have exactly what you came for.
THE OUTCOME
The clarity, strategic partnership, and hands-on support you need to move a real decision,
program or initiative forward, without carrying it alone.

WHY ME
Over the past 20 years, I’ve led from both the middle and the top — in small and mid-size national nonprofit organizations, and in ministry spaces and churches across the country. I know what it is to carry real responsibility for a mission bigger than yourself, and what it takes to make sound decisions without a peer beside you. I’d be honored to do this together!
